Greater Bridgeport Golf Courses

The Greater Bridgeport area has Fairfield County’s most options for public golf courses. Fairfield has three alone with Smith Richardson and the Black and Red courses at Fairchild Wheeler.

The pace of play and demand on tee times are also much improved over the courses down county. Golfers preferring to carry their own bags may also find the walk more enjoyable with the quicker pace.

There are also three executive courses in Fairfield, Stratford, and Trumbull for the casual golfer or an afternoon outing with the kids.
